This set was given to us. It was actually given to my parents when they were clearing out old furniture from an estate. It was so so so ugly. I wish I had before pics, but this was before I started the blog. It is an old set and someone had last spray painted this dresser gold. Yes, spray painted. It looked horrible. I wasn’t sure what I would do with it. In the end we ended up with this bright multi-color piece that looks great in McKinley’s room. I used the other piece to the set in Brook’s room just used different colors of paint.
Don’t give up on an ugly piece of furniture, you never know what you might get with just a little paint!
